AEI Engineering, Inc. offers an excellent opportunity for college students seeking intern positions or students working within a university co-operative education program to learn about the everyday workings of a consulting engineering firm while gaining practical engineering experience.

AEI Engineering, Inc. typically employs one or two undergraduate co-op or intern students from the civil and environmental engineering fields each semester.  Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time work, with compensation provided on an hourly basis.

Typical co-op / intern responsibilities include field representation and observation of various construction projects, research and agency coordination activities, basic project design and other general engineering office assistance. 

Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.  
Drafting experience beneficial, not required.  
Good communication skills.  
No academic year or specific course requirements.
Minimum 2.75 GPA.
